This year, we are excited to present new works and collaborations in TWO performances, and we are honored to share the stage with the first and oldest American taiko group, the San Francisco Taiko Dojo, and their leader, the "father of taiko in America," Seiichi Tanaka. This year, Tanaka-sensei celebrates his 40th Anniversary of bringing taiko to America, and in our show, we look forward to showing our audiences the roots of American taiko and also the new dimensions that TAIKOPROJECT, as a "next-generation" taiko group is heading.
